We are seeking a skilled and motivated Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, design innovative menus, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Plan, design, and update menus reflecting the hotel’s culinary style and guest preferences.

Supervise food preparation and presentation, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards.

Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Control inventory, monitor food costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) at all times.

Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills, efficiency, and teamwork.

Coordinate with F&B, front office, and events teams for smooth service and special functions.

Handle guest feedback related to food services and address concerns promptly.

Monitor kitchen equipment usage, cleanliness, and organization.

Assist in managing kitchen budgets, analyzing costs, and implementing strategies for efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar senior culinary role in a hotel or large-scale hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards (HACCP).

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Ability to innovate and create menus that balance quality, presentation, and cost control.
