Internal Auditor – Hotel

Job Description

  • Manage and Provide Efficient, Prompt, Trouble-free, Courteous and quality Accounting Service
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
  • To identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost saving.
  • To obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
  • To Prepare and present reports that reflects audit’s report and document process
  • To act as an objective source of independent advise to ensure legality, validity and goal achievement.
  • To conduct follow up audits to monitor Hotel Management’s intervention.
  • To engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rule, regulation and best practice, tools, techniques and performance standards.
  • To maintain open communication with management and audit committee.

Housekeeping / Room Attendant

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible in changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms.

Address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times.

  • Change bed linen and make beds
  • Replace used towels
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Dust furniture
  • Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
  • Clean public areas, like corridors
  • Report any technical issues and maintenance needs

Job description

  • Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
  • Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
  • Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
  • Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
  • Attending events, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products.
  • Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
  • Updating all records of purchased products.
  • Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
  • Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.

Hotel Policies

Non-Refundable Room Only (NRF-RO) & Best Available Rate Room Only (BAR RO)

Non-Refundable: Please note that if canceled, modified, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment: You will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.

Paid Parking
Private parking is available onsite (reservation is needed) and costs 20 AED per day.

Refundable Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of 100 AED in cash is required on arrival.

This will be collected upon arrival and it will be reimbursed on check-out, which is subject to an inspection of the room.

Early Check-In Policy
The guest must pay 100 AED for early check-in.

Check-in before 9:00 AM will be considered a day use, and the guest must pay the full day charges.

Check-out time will be 12:00 PM, and additional full-day charges will be applied for check-outs beyond 4:00 PM.
